This policy explains how TurboX LLC (“TurboX”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information used by RomyEcho and its supporting services.
Account, learning, and feedback data
When you sign in, we may receive your email address, account identifier, display name, and profile image, depending on your sign-in method. We use your lesson progress, saved words, grammar results, streaks, travel progress, preferences, and settings to provide the app and sync your progress. When you send feedback, we may receive your message, feedback category, app version, operating system, device model, locale, and account identifier.
Usage analytics
We use Firebase Analytics to understand how RomyEcho is used and improve the experience. Analytics events may include screens viewed, learning actions, session duration, and feature use. These events may be associated with your Firebase account identifier.
What we do not collect
RomyEcho does not collect microphone recordings. The app also does not intentionally collect GPS location, contacts, camera photos, health data, or payment card numbers. App Store payment processing is handled by Apple.
Service providers
We use Google Firebase for authentication, database storage, analytics, and hosting. If you use Google, Apple, or Facebook to sign in, that provider handles authentication and may share account information with us. Available sign-in methods are shown in the app. Course audio and lesson content are served from our hosted content service.
How we use information
We use information to provide sign-in, save and sync learning progress, deliver content, respond to support and feedback, maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve the app. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
To delete your account, open Me → Delete account in RomyEcho and follow the confirmation steps. This deletes your sign-in account, account-linked learning data and feedback, and local account cache. Deletion is permanent, and you may need to sign in again to confirm your identity. Some aggregated records or records required by law may remain, subject to applicable provider retention rules. If you cannot access your account or have questions about retained data, email us using the link below.
Your choices
You can sign out, edit your profile information, manage optional notifications, submit feedback, or delete your account. Signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete your account. For questions about your personal information, analytics collection, or a request to access, correct, or delete your data, email us using the link below.
Children and updates
RomyEcho is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us. We may update this policy as the app or our services change. The “Last updated” date above identifies the latest revision.
